Do your research on all the economics of it before committing. There was one guy who did big square balage around here a dozen years ago. From what I heard, the cost per bale was the same but the bales held 2/3 as much. There's only rounds made into balage now, and lots of them. How many pounds of feed get covered by a roll of wrap with each system? Maintenance? (I've baled "tough" hay with a small square baler and couldn't imagine making my living putting wet feed through a square baler)
