We already knew that based on your previous responses.

I won't go into physics, too complicated. If natural gas is the only fuel, you can drive a cng vehicle, or you can burn the gas in a turbine to produce electricity, then step that voltage up, then transmit that power, then step that voltage down, then rectify that voltage, then store it in a battery, then discharge it from a battery, then power an electric motor. If similar levels of technology are employed in each car (exotic materials, tires, brakes etc.) then the ICE car will use less natural gas per mile.

If we eliminate coal and nuclear power plants, there will be no off peak electricity to charge at night, the bottleneck will be natural gas supply, as we've seen in Texas, UK, Europe, and we'll continue to see for the foreseeable future.
