Subject: RE: Copper sulfate question

Well none died that anyone thought was copper poisoning that I head of. On the ranch this done all water troughs where spring fed free flowing the owner had a coffee can on the seat of his truck and put a handful in. I don't even know how often he did it. But clearer water than I am use to seeing in range water troughs. Not a supper common practice but more than just one or 2 did it.

Or where you meaning they should of had more. In red or black cattle there mid section will get a orange tint to the hair and all around performance will fall off. So it is easy to tell if they need more than they are getting.
