If it is possible to do , if a guy could dump enough water to make mud so they could lay in it would be better


Mud and heat is the absolute worst. Mud in the sun turns into a big heat sink and then acts as an insulator. Need a mist of cold well water coming out of spray tips that evaporates as fast as it hits.


Coming from a hog guy, I would agree. You want some moisture, but not too much. We run our sprinklers just enough to cool the air and get a little water on the pigs, then they cycle off to let that evaporate and carry the heat away. Too much makes it a sauna in the barns, and that is worse.
