On Saturday afternoon, the forecast was 20% for Saturday night and Sunday.
Around 6:00P.M., I saw the neighbor's waterway was being mowed for hay, checked the forecast, 50% Sat. night and 40% Sunday.
Sunday morning, forecast was 30%, by 8:00A.M. it was rumbling, 8:45 raining pretty hard, had 8/10's, water running through the waterway. church (8 miles away) had 2 inches.
