Nothing has changed. It has always been that way. Some people sit on the fence worrying all of their life and never buy anything. Now is not the greatest time to buy with interest rates going up and inflation everywhere. Only you can make the decision if it is worth the risk or wait a yr. or so? In the past, most land has always appreciated in value over time. But there have been pullbacks and crashes too.
