My problem was my "plan" was discontinued.
When I went in, I just picked a bill from the folder (April), one of the techs knew what the problem was right away, looked at the bill and said: "that's it".
Had to get a new plan (about $10 more/month, supposed to be unlimited minutes now, was 450/month before), phone was working before I left (and still works).
It quit working June 12, when I looked at the bill I paid in May, it said May 14 - June 14, I couldn't find anything saying my plan was being discontinued, don't know why it shut off on the 12th. | |
