Just a lemon squeezed into ice water,,no sugar,,try it for a few days and you wont go back to the sugar.I couldnt imagine I could get used to it but have and prefer it now.Friend who lobsters and got upset stomachs from rough boat actions ,,was told to try just lemon juice in his water,,all stomach upset from wave actions went away..
