Could have put a lot more fat on them but would never make the money back. Thing is, you can always put more fat on. I don’t think he did a thing wrong. 90% choice is good on average. I see a lot of cattle jangle at the locker plant and get cut, they are no where close to 90% choice. Many people have different opinions on finishing cattle, some of those opinions are garbage
I am just a small lot feeder and have no idea how to feed over 100 head at a time but those look good IMO
