Sanilac Co. Michigan | It's a Willmar 765/90' wet booms. Has a belt driven Ace centrifugal pump I can't tell the model off hand. I'm used to a hydraulic driven pump, so it's either on or off. This has a lever to tension the belts, but even with the tension off the belts still drag a bit on the drive pulley, so the pump builds a little pressure. I'm afraid if there's no liquid in the system that drag on a dry pump might take out the seals!
I assume it's a Raven radar, but outside of warning labels I don't see any tags for model or calibration number like on a flow meter.
Probably biased, but I think the Microtrak controller is simpler and easier to work with compared to the Raven 440 or 450. I suppose I'll think better of it after I've used it for a while. | |
