JCo PA | We got by with a 4000 psi 4gpm cold water washer in my dad's finishing barns for 15 years. I'm currently using pretty much the same thing in a sow barn with good results. Both have Honda engines and an AR pump. Not saying it's the best setup but it's simple and it works. Should be able to find something at those specs new between $900 and $1500. Just remember, a good pre soak is more important than the washer you have.
