I often try to call farm businesses in Quebec and I almost always get hung up on for speaking english, or swore at in french. The French Canadians are a large group of arrogant whiners on average; based on my personal experience with them. Quebec gets special treatment from the federal government since they tried to leave canada years ago; its an annoying situation.
