Tee posts and seed a grass strip on the property line. Worked here. There shouldn't be all those weeds in a grass strip as long as they don't spray it with roundup with those lovely fence line nozzles.
Can always go down the line with hand sprayer. That worked too.
Or put up a proper fence.
A "what would you do"....
