SW OH | This one. It takes standard utility blades. I suck at sharpening knives but this one is the easiest to sharpen that I've ever had.
I've always heard that every farmer should carry a 3 bladed knife. One blade for cutting hogs, one for cutting open chemical jugs, and one blade for cutting your apple for lunch.
