Subject: Types of fat, contribution to health

Pittsburg, Kansas

This will be an unpopular video with crop farmers. Probably not with animal farmers. I have heard all the information in this presentation before in much more detail, but this one is nice in that it covers the subject without getting bogged down in too fine of details or research. To find the specifics it mentions requires lots more digging. But it rolls up the idea that the kind of fat we consume matters in a single presentation.

The big question, is he correct? General consensus of mainstream medical and nutrition says no. But the tide is ever so slow turning directions with recommendations quietly omitting the "saturated fat is bad" mantra that has been at the forefront my entire lifetime. Change is afoot.
