southern MN | I forgot they added 2 more in the city near me, to make 4 roundabouts in a 4 intersection square. Most of those roads are 4 lane. Look closely, none of those roundabouts is consistent or made the same. Very heavy traffic area. The 3 seconds you get to figure out how this intersection is designed is not enough time to choose the lane you actually wanted.
If it were traffic lights, it would be like having a different set of colors at each intersection...... there is no sense of it.
I just avoid that area. Too bad for them, it was a major shopping area, but it’s just not worth it.
