Subject: RE: Agleader In Deere 4720 Boom switches

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I had this combination on a 4720. You mention boom switches on the hydro handle. Mine were on the side panel and not on the hydro. The Master switch for the Deere side was on the hydro. The Ag Leader side needs a Master switch of its own. I made one out of a car dimmer switch bolted to a piece of flat steel that was placed on the floor.

Are you using the Ag Leader CAN switch box (SC 110)? In my installation I rewired the Deere switches to become inputs to an Ag Leader Auxiliary Input Module. The boom outputs from the Ag Leader Liquid Product Control module went to the wires that were originally connected to the boom switches. That meant that boom switches were then inputs to the system and did not control the boom valves directly as before.
