Well for me as a small farmer 319 acres a day represents about one or two young Farmers a day that can’t get land to start farming because those selling gave lots of cash and can afford to replace it. Also in southern Ontario every 800 acres represents about a million dollars in gross income per year at todays prices. That is a big hit to the local economy and it never comes back
