Was there any confusion on the job? Did the tech think the owner ( Jim) would cycle the wrap system when he’s ready to roll….cause that’s what the manual says to do? Looks like Jim thought the baler would be a hop on and go type deal…..not saying either 1 is wrong but looks like possibly 2 different expectations.

I think I might have trouble being a tech if I was a young guy……working on a piece of equipment, calls coming into your earpiece, could be service manager asking what’s taking so long, could be a farmer just asking for an opinion on his own fix…..and maybe the owner of the equipment you’re working on has advice, asking questions or is pissy about getting it up and running. Lot of potential for me to lose focus.

I know Jim is done with this discussion but there’s some learning for all of us on expectations and what “fixed and ready to go” might mean to each of us.
