| If a guy isn’t going through the service part of that manual every year expect issues. It seems like a lot of fooling around the first year, but after doing it a couple seasons it becomes second nature just like checking the planter is in spec before heading to the field. Also I would warn anyone who has a jd with net to pull that net roll that’s been in the chamber and check for insects, mice, bats etc before firing it up. If something wet gets smashed on that rubber roller the net will catch and you will have one heck of a mess in short order.
Just for clarification when you say the wrap signal did you just have to turn the monitor on without the pto engaged and push the wrap button? Haven’t ran a 569 but we will cycle the net system this way on the 567&568s. Sorry you had to learn that expensive lesson the hard way. Thanks for sharing your experience, we all have those moments/days. | |
