(Basically staying away from food that had been processed, even flour is processed) he was begged to treat cancer and was successful. He was called a hero and was supposed to meet congress and testify about his findings that basically our food supply was causing cancer and other disease. Instead they black balled him since his findings would hurt the bottom line of corporations that had begun processing every food item to ship it cross country and for storage. His daughter runs a clinic in Mexico and many doctors base treatment on his method.
Dr Weston a price as well. A dentist that did some mission work in 3rd world countries. He found that people were actually healthier that the USA hadn’t been giving food aid to. Because they ate good food instead of processed junk. Though they had issues getting enough.
