Subject: RE: Agleader Steady Steer

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Yes, the Trimble plate works fine for the SteerCommand Z2. Somewhat of a coincidence on that with my 8310R. My tractor had been out on lease to a local vegetable company before I took possession. I was the first "real" owner. Anyway, I noticed some holes in the floor when I checked it over before taking it home from the dealer. I dropped it off at my Ag Leader dealer. Since they sold Trimble also, the installers noticed that the holes that had been drilled in the floor matched a Trimble Nav II plate. Turns out a Trimble Steering system had been installed and removed while on lease to the vegetable company. The Ag Leader installers used a Trimble plate again by drilling a few new holes for the SteerCommand ECU. The hoes in the floor matched right up since a Trimble plate had been installed previously.

This Spring when I traded the SteerCommand in for the Steer Command Z2, it was very easy since the Trimble plate could remain and the Z2 used the other original holes in the Trimble plate.
