Hiawatha, KS | When you say you can get to "BD Menu-Keyboard Test" but no further, are you saying your up and down arrows do not work? If this is the case, the S-Lite can be repaired. Contact Customer Service/Tech Support at 1-800-247-3808, 8am-5pm Central Time, Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) and on of our Technicians would be happy to assist you in getting a service order created for you to send it in for repair. The bench fee is $195USD and covers diagnostics and return shipping. Once the issue is found you will be contacted via email on what was found and the estimated cost on top of the bench fee. If it cannot be repaired you will not be charged. | |
