For 6 calves I would set a round bale on end under cover some where near the calf pen. I would limit their hay consumption. You do not want them to get hay bellies. I would guess around 3 1/2 pounds a day but there’s other people on here know more than I do. I do know if you let Holsteins Have free choice hay Some will only eat hay.... Dennis
