SBAS is Satellite base augmentation system. Meaning get correction from satellites. WAAS is a correction source so WAAS is SBAS. So if your correction comes from a Satellite then it SBAS. If getting correction from base it RTK

But corrections from a base do not most be RTK!
Can although be just DGPS!
