Love seeing these things out there, and in an early 90's GM pickup to boot. I can't remember what the button name is, but in the GPS screen in your bottom picture, what's the button in the lower left corner? I think you can go in there and just tap in 135 and make the change that way. This shows it's hooked up to a 115 receiver, so they're basically made to talk together and do this.
