Do you have a method of doing some sort of summary report for each machine with your spreadsheet? Or are you just going for filter changes? I enter every service and repair that is done on my equipment. Often times it is a paragraph of information. That where I struggle using a spreadsheet instead of my database (and I really like spreadsheets).
