Unlimited phone data usually isn't unlimited. It also tend sto have a limit where it throttles back. In the past mist carriers throttled after 22GB. Not sure what all of them do today.
If you're just casting on Wi-Fi it'll be local and no data will be used on your internet connection (just phone).
