Central, IL | We made a Free file structure (folders, subfolders, how we do it) download as a starting place for organizing this year. Then decided to share it with everybody, we use Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat to quickly compress and then organize everything fast. The whole idea is we can open and find the right file anytime and place (in a bank meeting no problem, in the cab easy, need to show a landlord past notes, done deal, you get the idea).
