E SD | POE camera with P2P, it pretty much automates the DDNS settings for remote viewing like you are trying to do.
Lorex, Amcrest to name a few. I'm using 11 amcrest cameras at 2 locations and can watch them all wherever I am.
POE cameras are pretty cheap, it's easy to add on. Get a high powered POE switch, run cat 6 cable and you are good to go 200ft per run if needed.
Edit to say most of these poe cameras can hold micro ssd card and eliminate having central recording system.
