You probably want another instance of Blue Iris at the new location. Find a used computer, put a 250 GB SSD in it for the primary recording drive, and a 1+ TB drive for additional storage space.
A POE switch can be bought for under $100. A 1000 foot box of CAT5 is $150. Need RJ45 crimper and ends to terminate the cables.
