Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I eventually did find a version from a non-MS source. Apparently there are two versions, the home version and a business version. I downloaded the home version for the new computer and attempted to use the backup data on the backup USB stick from the other computer to copy my transactions etc. to the new computer. I got a warning that the data was from the business version and I would lose some features. I wasn't using those features anyway to I believe I have a workable situation.
I will continue to run "two sets of books" so to speak at least for the remainder of this year until I'm certain that the new install is doing what I want. |
