NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | My wife and I each had iPhone 6+’s for years got along good. Went to the iPhone 11’s and got by good. They had a special this Spring and we updated to the iPhone 12’s, we both absolutely hate these new phones. Both have terrible phone reception, constantly dropping calls, poor WiFi connection on both phones. We’ve talked to Verizon and Wireless World where we bought them with no solutions to our complaints even though they have both tried different things to help us. Very disappointed in them. It’s like they went backwards 20 years.
