Remember there is a shortage going on so everything is overpriced or not available.
I'd say 16GB ram, Dell will probably only give you a 250GB ssd as a boot drive which...ends up small in my opinion. Minimum total(combined) storage I'd say is 2TB.
AMD has caught up and passed Intel in the last couple years in performance.
