Southwest Indiana | My service is supposed to be one "meg". I got my bucket truck out to check the antenna. My cousins antenna is on a short pole and his was full of ants. Mine is fifteen feet high. My antenna is a sealed plastic unit. I have a perfectly clear line of sight to the tower which is two miles away. Nothing new recently.
Have not run speed test, technician had me do that and at that time service was so bad it never worked. Have not tried since.
My service has never been the fastest but never this erratic before. | |
