gemarsh - who is providing your fiber? I'm about 75 miles South of Chicago and my only option is satellite or LOS. Some mom and pop providers are popping up in surrounding areas with fiber but nothing by me yet. I'm not exactly sure what I would do with a gig connection but it sure would be cool.
Hamilton telephone communications. They have been around since phone lines were on poles with the glass insulators. They have been burying fiber in the local counties for a couple of years. They serve 20 some small towns and villages. |
