Was beginning to think I had been preemptively banned again. (the 2 blank posts below that gave me an ERROR message) LOL   And this will probably get my 4th account here deleted


Since I've had hundreds of messages last night and today. This is what I know. -  

Was I Pardoned?  ETA for those who don't know -  for J6 BS

The short answer is yes, and also no.

 Since my case/conviction was vacated, I don't necessarily fall under the "convicted J6 group" pardon.

 But , the DOJ has been ordered to dismiss all pending J6 cases, so I kind of fall into both camps at this point. 

Mostly a paperwork wait now. 

The good thing is most all those political prisoners in prison for years, are free today.

Do I still have a felony?

 That was removed when the original "conviction" was vacated, at that time the gov still wanted to re-try me (3rd time) for a felony. 

  That is "still pending" maybe scheduled for March sometime.  However, Trump has ordered the DOJ to dismiss all pending cases. So that is a paperwork issue ,and may take a few weeks.

With a pardon, the felony still exists on record,  but no ramifications are tied to it. 

With a dismissal,  everything goes away, no "record".

So, yeah, either way it's over.
