| Yes I voted for Trump. No I don’t support mass deportations.. nor shutting down the RFS by the EPA.
32% of California’s labor force are migrants.. and nationwide they make up 18% of our workforce.. and no doubt they have been a contribution to bringing inflation down.. and growing the economy.
https://usafacts.org/answers/what-percent-of-jobs-in-the-us-are-held-by-immigrants/country/united-states/
We need to send the thugs, gang bangers, thief’s, terrorists home.. However, the 67% whom have found jobs.. leave them alone.. give them green cards as well as a path to citizenship. If they mess up.. send them home.
Secure the border and stop the infiltration.. US population growth is slowing.. without immigration.. we will cease to grow.
EPA.. the other contribution to slowing inflation has been hydraulic fracturing as well as some portions of biofuels.. ethanol which is cheaper than the fossil fuel octane components.
If Trump really want to make an impact at the pump.. he’ll continue (??) to support the RFS such as nation wide E-15. The Biden administration expanded US Crude Oil production with higher prices. Should Trump be successful in easing tensions in the Middle East.. Crude Prices may fall.. and US production.. as we are the high cost producer.. will probably level off and or decline.
So talk a big game all he wants but policy wise.. no mass deportations.. continue the path to E-15.
