I didn't want to hijack the thread below re. Milwaukee tool confidence.

I have a Milwaukee battery that won't take a charge. I'm absolutely sure it's less than 3 yrs old, but have no proof. I don't keep receipts. So, how does their warranty work? Battery/tools came from Farm & Fleet local store. Are the batteries pro-rated?

Anyone know the procedure from this point?
