As stated above, if you can find an old used Hobart or Berkley, I would grab one of those. Not only for quality purposes, but for parts replacement. I have a 50 year old Hobart bandsaw that parts are still readily available for.
Here, there is an auction house with that kind of equipment for sale at least monthly.
