Just ordered a Daay with a 10” Norstar unload a couple days ago for an existing 48’ bin. It was around $25,000 (including a 20hp motor). The other quote was for a complete 10” Hutchinson unload and power sweep. That was around $14,000 (including a 15hp motor).
