| That view is pretty well supported. There are a lot of different cycles going "negative" right now, including, apparently, the solar cycle. Gonna be an interesting few years in here, I think. It's notable, that the last time the Oceanic and atmospheric cycles were in this phase, the sun was in a very active cycle. If the Sun has gone into a "minimum" type cycle, which it currently appears it may, then the combination could lead to much cooler temperatures than we're used to.
