Central, IL | I understand what the fed is trying to do. What would be their perfect play though? As inflation takes off then they will raise the interest rates to curb the inflation, right? But raise it too high and it will kill the consumer again.
I was too young to remember the 80's so I am trying to learn more by asking you guys and not sound stupid. I listen to guys that went through those times and some had it pretty bad while others said it was good times for them. Like you said it depended on what they were sitting on.........cash or assets.
