I had one at around age 50 to kind of set a baseline. Kind of surprised my doctor hasn’t wanted one again 10 years later.
I guess in my mind there are risks of the procedure and there are risks waiting to have symptoms. Which one outweighs the other?

Bring up the subject, and ASK for one. Its not my idea of a fun time, but I want to avoid learning I have cancer. My dad had Colon cancer years ago, but had surgery and got over it.
