1/3 landlord, 2/3 tenant here. Split fertilizer and fungicides on rent shares, split chemical sprayed on crop along rent shares unless it is a replacement for tillage, no splitting of no till spray applications, as they are replacement for tillage. Seed and application of chemicals and fertilizer is paid or provided by tenant.
