I see the article mentions cooking pork to 145°. I belive they have since lowered that to 135° 3-4 years ago. 135° is suppose to be the same as a med rare steak. It will be pink inside, & slightly bloody & majority of people will say it's undercooked.but I like it that way. Reason for the previous recommendation of cooking pork to at least 165° was because of people use to feeding pigs garbage.m
