Macon, IL | I really like the flex rent contract, more risky than cropshare but 50/50 are less and less in our area as cash rent takes over.
With flex rent markets and/or yeilds up-rent up. Markets and/or yeilds down-rent down. Roughly equal share in good times and bad.
Also gives farmer a chance to be a better than average performer in yeild-or better than average marketer and pocket extra $. | |
