| IMHO, I ain't getting overly concerned about any droughts until the sunspots pick up. El Nino has pretty much fizzled, Arctic blasts from the North, PDO flipped negative, etc, etc. I don't see a lot of markers screaming drought right now. However, there WAS a South African scientist a little while back that was calling for a super drought starting in the 09-11 timeframe, (wonder if I got that bookmarked somewhere?) so, I guess I'll just keep that in the back of my mind, as well as watch Piers Corbyn and Joe Bastardi. | |
