I do too!

But we now limit ourselves to the lowest carb versions. Pecans, walnuts and macadamia. And very limited amounts of even those. Usually as a topping on a high fat desert my wife makes.

But keep in mind, I am controlling diabetes completely with diet whereas I used to take 100 units of insulin plus oral medications daily. I take none of that medicine now. So my low carb needs may be much greater than the next person. I keep under 20 grams carbs a day. Another more metabolically healthy person might be fine on 100 grams a day. 100 grams would give a lot more flexibility in what and how much could be consumed, including peanuts.
