I thought the same thing this year when I got the flu shot (I always have gotten the flu shot). This year for the first time it made me sick for a week. Makes me wonder what I did get.

Never getting flu shot again.


Mark after the Covid vaccination controversy I seriously thought , hmmmm I do really trust what they are putting in the flu shot. I reluctantly did get the higher dose flu shot last week. Knock on wood I had zero side effects. I still wonder if I should’ve gotten it. I never did get a Covid shot and am 100% positive I never will.

Back to the shingles shot I did get the single shingles shot years ago before the double dose was a option. I did do the double dose when it became available, my insurance covered 100% of it.
